Prepaid Plans: Payment is required in advance for the selected duration. Once activated, these plans are generally non-refundable, except for specific promotional offers clearly detailed at the time of purchase.

Postpaid Plans: These are strictly non-refundable. Billing is based on actual usage, including active student and staff counts. Once an invoice is generated, full payment is required with no refunds or partial credits for unused features or early termination within the billing period.

Clients are encouraged to review usage details before payment. Disputes must be raised before the payment due date by contacting info@dtftsolutions.com. Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
